Bottom bunk.
Bottom bunk. Nice kitchen sitting area. Cool decor. Everything you need.
Shower 2nd floor. Toilet cubicle a bit small. Beware you don’t hit your head on the hook on the toilet door!!

The place is clean and pretty cozy too. It is cheap and close to the city
No people around! No one to talk to. No staff on standby whom you can ask which place to go or this and that

Clean and big lobby.
Clean and big lobby. When you arrive Taitung station, you need to talk bus about 15 mins then walk around 6 mins to the hostel.
Remember to give a phone call first before arrive since there’s no receptionist(check in available after 3 pm). It took me over 20 mins waiting. The phone number shared by couple hotels, so it’s annoying when you have problem. They gave us quite a few numbers to contact but each of them just throw back the question. Water in shower room is not very stable. There are many movies in TV. Unfortunately, the hostel said it’s not available to use their subscription account.

What was the highlight of Le Da Backpackers Hostel
Good hostel in Taitung centre
I stayed in a 4 beds female dorm. The room was quite big, had a window. Individual lockers but a little for personal belongings (but my bag did not fit in). A bathroom reserved for female, in front of the room, 2 showers and 1 toilet. Good wi-fi. Very close to visitor centre and Taitung bus station (which has regular shuttle to the TRA train station). Also many restaurants and food stalls nearby as well as night market.
